How to Register

An easy, efficient and secure way to register is by using the online registration system. Simply follow the steps to complete your registration form on-line and you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours with your Access Key. If you have already subscribes to the on-line congress mailing list, simply enter your Access Key on the congress home page to retrieve your file and complete your registration.

Payment Methods

Please note that only VISA Card and Master Card are accepted. The card number, the cardholder's name, the expiry date and the security code on card (which is the last three or four digit number appearing on certain card) on the signature panel must be indicated in the Registration Form.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Participants unable to attend will received a refund equivalent to 75% of their registration fee provided that the Congress Secretariat is advised of the cancellation in writing before September 1, 2008. Refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All approved refunds will be made with in one month after the Congress.
