Group Registration
Companies and institutes are invited to submit group registrations, provided they have minimum of 25 people to register. Companies must submit personal address details for each registered person.
All group registration should be submitted by fax (662-714-2656 ext 1) using the Group Registration Form, available at www.ish2008.org. The registration includes one single list of name and address details of all participants and the activities for which they have to be registered. Full invoice address, contact person (with direct phone, fax and e-mail address) must also be submitted.

The bank transfer or wire transfer would be offered for group registration only. Please include all the information listed below to make your bank draft and bank or wire transfer.
