The
congress headquarter hotel is the Centara Grand at CentralWorld
which is next to Bangkok Convention Centre. The Organizing
Committee of ISH 2008 is negotiating competitive room rate
directly with the hotels located in the convenient route
to congress venue, within walking distance or by BTS
,
skytrain. These are categorized as five, four
and three star hotels respectively.
Due to the
fact that October is a high tourist period, it is strongly
advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation
of the preferred hotel category.

Hotel Reservation
The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Registration and Accommodation Form has been received including the first night deposit. Participants are asked to indicate their preference of hotel in numerical order. The deposit should correspond to the price for the hotel of the participant's first choice. Please provide credit card details for the deposit. The balance of the cost of room, plus any incidentals you may have charged to your room will be payable upon check-out.
Cancellation Policy and Refund
All cancellations and changes regarding accommodation should be in writing to the Congress Secretariat. For every written cancellation received before August 15, 2008, 50% of the amount received will be refunded. No refund thereafter. All refund will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
